Core Laboratory Courses

We will implement a third course (6 cr hr) as an intensive laboratory/research oriented course during one 5-week Summer Session. Students will work in teams in week-long modules that implement advanced techniques and concepts in Neuroscience research, such as: analyses of gene expression and manipulation; bioimaging; intra- and extra-cellular recording; design and implementation of behavioral experiments; computational approaches to modeling neural circuits.
